To gain more visibility & control into your employees' payroll, you can leverage the Payroll module on the Multiplier platform. View the upcoming payroll cycle and review the inputs that will be considered for payroll processing.

Payroll input refers to all the pay components, such as base salary, expenses, pay supplements, recurring allowances, unpaid time off, etc, that are included in an employee's payroll for processing.

Learn how to:

View payroll input details for the upcoming payroll cycle

  1. Login to Multiplier using your credentials.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Payroll.

All upcoming payrolls across different cycles, including monthly, semi-monthly, and bi-weekly (if applicable), are available for your review. You can find the pay period, the total number of employees included in each payroll cycle, and their countries.

Under the status column, you can view payrolls with two statuses.

  • Review Input: The payroll inputs in that Pay period are open for review.

View the cut-off date for different cycles under the ‘Payroll cut-off’ column.

  1. Select Review Input under the status column next to the payroll cycle for which you want to review the inputs.

You can now view the complete list of employees in a specific payroll cycle. You can find information on each employee’s base salary, fixed allowances, approved expenses, pay supplements, and unpaid time off.

  1. To go back and view other payrolls, select Back to Payroll in the upper left.
