View payroll input details for upcoming and past payroll cycle

To gain more visibility & control into your employees' payroll, you can leverage the Payroll module on the Multiplier platform. View the upcoming payroll cycle and review the inputs that will be considered for payroll processing.
Payroll input refers to all the pay components, such as base salary, expenses, pay supplements, recurring allowances, unpaid time off, etc, that are included in an employee's payroll for processing.
Learn how to:
Login to Multiplier using your credentials.
From the left sidebar, select Payroll.
All upcoming payrolls across different cycles, including monthly, semi-monthly, and bi-weekly (if applicable), are available for your review. You can find the pay period, the total number of employees included in each payroll cycle, and their countries.
Under the status column, you can view payrolls with two statuses.
Review Input: The payroll inputs in that Pay period are open for review.
Processing: The payroll is currently being processed and is yet to be completed.
View the cut-off date for different cycles under the ‘Payroll cut-off’ column.
Select Review Input under the status column next to the payroll cycle for which you want to review the inputs.
You can now view the complete list of employees in a specific payroll cycle. You can find information on each employee’s base salary, fixed allowances, approved expenses, pay supplements, and unpaid time off.
To go back and view other payrolls, select Back to Payroll in the upper left.
Login to Multiplier using your credentials.
From the left sidebar, select Payroll.
From the dropdown menu on the right, select Completed.
The payroll report is available for your reference. Select the desired pay cycle to access the payroll report for that particular pay period. You can find all the payrolls completed across cycles, including monthly, semi-monthly, and bi-weekly (if applicable).
The payroll report summary will give you the breakdown of the following:
Gross Salary (a)
Expenses (b)
Employee Deductions (c)
Employer Contribution (d)
Net Salary (a + b - c)
Total Payroll Cost (a + b + d)
Select Download from the upper right to download this report for a more detailed breakdown of what went into each employee’s payroll in that specific pay cycle.
Payroll stages are different for employees on a monthly and semi-monthly payroll cycle. Know more:
The dates below are applicable for employees who are on a monthly payroll cycle and extend to all countries.

You can access the payroll input from the 1st of every month until the 15th.
The payroll input cut-off date is on the 15th (all pay supplements, expenses, and unpaid time off must be added or approved before the cut-off date to reflect in the same month’s pay cycle).

Note - Due to local labor laws and infrastructure, the cut-off date for employees in Japan and Pakistan will be on the 10th of every month.
