# Integrate Zoho People with Multiplier
Integrating Zoho People with Multiplier helps easy data synchronization, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring accurate employee records. This integration allows HR teams to efficiently manage employee details, payroll processing, payslips, and leave tracking across both platforms.

## Set the location and add job titles in Zoho people
Setting the job location and job titles of employees in Zoho people is essential for transferring data from Zoho People to Multiplier once the integration is done:
1. Login to your [Zoho people](https://www.zoho.com/people/login.html) account using your credentials.
2. Select Operations from the lower left.
3. Under Services, select Employee Information.
4. From the horizontal bar at the top, select the Employees tab.
5. Select the employee for whom you wish to add the location and job title.
6. Under the Work Information tab, add the Location and Designation.
7. Once done, select Close from the lower left.

1. Login to [Multiplier](https://app.usemultiplier.com/login) using your credentials.
2. From the left sidebar, select Settings > Integrations.
3. In the Integrations window, scroll down and select Zoho People.
4. In the Zoho People screen, select Connect.
5. From the dialog box that appears, use the dropdown to choose a country and then select Submit.
6. In the screen that appears, read the terms and select Accept.
Zoho people is now integrated with Multiplier.
## Map Fields to sync data after integration
To ensure the proper flow of data, data fields from Multiplier need to be matched with Zoho People fields. Please match them to each other to complete the integration setup. To map fields:
1. From the leftsidebar, select Settings > Integrations.
2. In the Integrations window, scroll down and select Zoho People.
3. Select Map fields.
4. In the Manage Profile creator plugin window, select Map fields next to any one of the entity.
5. Map fields as required. For the correct transfer of data, accurate field mapping is necessary.
**Note:** The name of fields might differ on both the platforms, hence ensure that you accurately map the fields. For example, an employee’s first date on Multiplier is called Start On, while on Zoho People, it’s called Date of Joining.
**Note:** The fields marked with \* are mandatory.
6. Select **Continue**.
7. Map **Gender** and **Bank Country**.
8. Select **Complete Mapping** from the lower right.
9. Once the mapping is completed, you can select Enable data sync.
10. For the entities marked as Fully mapped in the status column, you can select the toggle next to them to enable data sync.
11. Select **Confirm** to complete the integration setup.
## Enable EOR data sync
Once connected, you get an option to Enable EOR employees’ data sync.
To enable EOR Employees’ data sync:
1. Login to [Multiplier](https://app.usemultiplier.com/login) using your credentials.
2. From the left sidebar, select Settings > Integrations.
3. In the Integrations window, scroll down and select Zoho People.
4. Under the Integration settings. Select the toggle next to EOR employees’ data sync.
5. In the dialog box that appears, select Continue.

## Enable Global Payroll (GP) data sync
To enable Global Payroll data sync, ensure you have mapped the fields accurately and the entity for which you wish to enable GP sync is fully mapped. Data filed mapping is necessary to ensure that data is accurately transferred from Zoho people to Multipler. Learn how to enable GP data sync:
1. Login to [Multiplier](https://app.usemultiplier.com/login) using your credentials.
2. From the left sidebar, select Settings > Integrations.
3. In the Integrations window, scroll down and select Zoho People.
4. Under Integration settings, turn on the toggle next to Global payroll employees’ data sync.
5. For the entities marked as Fully mapped in the status column, you can select the toggle next to them to enable data sync.
6. Once done, select Confirm.
Global payroll data sync is complete.
