Learn how to disable ACH Direct Debit:

  1. Login to using your credentials.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Settings > Company Settings.

  1. From the Company settings window, select Payment settings.

  1. To disable automatic direct debit, select the toggle button next top Automatic debit and select Yes Disable.
