Yes, you can pay contractors in any currency that aligns with their tax residency. During onboarding, you can select their currency, and they must raise invoices in that currency. You can pay in your preferred billing currency, and our system will convert the currency.

Possible reasons for delayed payment include:

  • Incorrect account details provided

  • Contractor's country's banking policies restrict certain currencies

  • Banks require additional information for identity verification

  • International transfers (SWIFT) can take 5-7 business days

  • Transfers to countries like Russia or the Maldives may take up to 10 business days due to local partners
