Access credit notes on Multiplier
If you have been issued a credit note from Multiplier, you can view the details of that particular credit note on the Invoice Payments section.
Learn how to:
View all your available credit notes
Log in to Multiplier using your credentials.
From the left sidebar, select Invoice payments.
In the Invoice payments screen, select $ Credit Notes from the upper right.
In the Credit Notes screen, you can view all the available credit notes with details such as issue date, credit issued, credit remaining, and the invoices the credit has been applied to so far (if applicable).
Note: You can download a credit note by clicking on the icon under the Action column.
Note: If you’d like to apply a credit note to a particular invoice(s)/ payment bundle, please contact your customer success manager or email us at [email protected].
Once the credit note has been applied to an invoice or bundle, any remaining balance must be paid by the due date.
Access the credit note application history
To understand which invoices a credit note has been applied to, follow the steps:
Log in to Multiplier using your credentials.
From the left sidebar, select Invoice payments.
In the Invoice payments screen, select $ Credit Notes from the upper right.
Select the respective credit note’s invoice information. If you wish to see the information on which invoices have a particular credit note applied to, select the options under the Applied to column.
The invoice information will be displayed if the credit note has been applied to certain invoices. You can view the invoice name, amount, and amount due (if any).
View the credit notes applied to previous invoices
To view the credit notes applied to invoices previously, in the Credit Notes screen, select the History tab. You can view all the credit notes applied to previous invoices.
Note:
Only credit notes that have been exhausted completely will appear under the History tab.
Credit notes issued and exhausted in the past (before Sep 2023) will not reflect on the Credit Notes page.
