Roles - Payroll Admin


A Payroll Admin holds the responsibility for running payroll and has access to all stages of the payroll process, including input, output, and processing. They also play a crucial role in ensuring timely full and final settlements during employee offboarding.

As a Payroll Admin, they will have the following access and responsibilities:

  • Employee Details: They can view employee departments, gross salary, and fixed allowance details.

  • Payroll Entries: They have access to pay supplements, timesheet entries, expenses, and unpaid leaves, and can make salary revisions if needed.

  • Payroll Processing: They are responsible for running and confirming the payroll for each pay cycle, following the respective cut-off dates.

  • Payroll Output & Reports: They can download important reports such as G2N, headcount reports, and country-level reports.

  • Expense Verification: Payroll Admins play a critical role in verifying bills and receipts submitted for expense claims by employees, ensuring accurate payroll calculations.

As a Payroll Admin, you will have comprehensive access and responsibilities within the Multiplier platform, allowing you to effectively manage payroll processes and maintain accurate financial records.

People and Contracts

✅They have access to view all sensitive personal and employment information: Can view all sensitive personally identifiable information such as full name, compensation, benefits, and contract information.

Payroll

Payroll admins have access to view compensation details, expense claims, receipts and pay supplement information to process accurate payroll.

Reports

Payroll admins access to reports related to headcount by country, by department and other G2N reports, bank files and expense reports.
