Learn about the permissions that a super admin has on Multiplier.

Super admins, as the name suggests, are people that can manage everything end to end and have the most permissions.

Super admins can manage all settings including adding/removing users, assigning roles to other people setting preferred payment methods, performing payments, signing contracts, and much more.

Employment details

  • Manage people and contracts: A super admin can view & manage all payroll and employment information of an employee. This is the only signatory role that can be invited to sign other contracts & other employment-related document. They can also add IT equipment, stock options, and benefits.

  • They can access and view profile and employment data, any legal documentation or identification details, emergency contact information, prior education and employment details such as tenure, designation, salary etc.

Time & Attendance

  • Create Leave policies depending on country, gender etc.

  • View basic information: They can view employee time off requests with basic information such as dates, total amount, time off type, and status.

  • Leave type & policy: create leave policies at entity, gender, etc. levels and allocate to apply for various departments flexibly.

  • View basic information: They can view data at the employee and leave type level: which gives insight into allocated leaves, approved leaves, and remaining pending in the year.

  • Approvals: They can approve time offs, emails to remind them, can create on employee behalf too

  • Create and Approve time off requests: They can create,approve and deny time off requests


Payroll and Payments data

  • View & download confidential information: Can view all information related to payroll, such as compensation details. Can also download payslips, reports invoices, and receipts.

  • Adjust payroll and payment items: Can add and edit payment items, such as expenses, bonuses, and milestones.

  • Approve payroll and payroll items: Can approve additional payment items such as expenses, bonuses, and paid time-off requests.

  • Submit payroll report: Can review and submit payroll reports for direct employees.

  • Pay invoices: Can pay invoices for any employees and contractors


Salary Information

  • They can only view salary period, frequency of pay, and stock options provided to an employee. They don’t have the right to edit or make changes to these.


Analytics and Reports

  • Reports: You can download all reports available, such as headcount by country, payments summary, leave summary, expenses and invoices summary, etc.

Org Settings:

  • They get to assign Roles & Permissions to other employees, add billing contacts & signatories

  • They can assign permissions to a manager for approvals of timeoffs, timesheets (attendance), and expenses.

  • They can also create and assign employees to relevant Departments
