Sync parameters

  • Frequency of sync - Once in 6 hours

  • Type of sync - API

  • Sync Trigger: Automatic

  • Direction of Data flow - Hi-bob to Multiplier

Pre-requisites

  • You must have admin access to your HRMS platform to create and access the User service ID and Token.

  • You will need to create or use an existing Service User. Please follow the HiBob guide on Creating a Service User here.

  • You will need to add this Service User to a custom permissions group - please follow the HiBob guide here on how to create a custom permissions group and how to give specific permissions.
