At Multiplier, we have built a comprehensive global payment infrastructure to make international money movement easier for you. In other words, you can quickly and conveniently send money in your preferred currency without worrying about how and when your workforce will be paid. Thanks to our partner banks, payment partner integrations, and not to mention - our in-house team that is relentlessly working towards streamlining payments for our valued customers.

Processing fee

When Multiplier uses payment partners such as banks and wallets for faster processing of payments, we incur cross-border payment charges for collections and disbursements.

To continue providing our customers with top-notch payment services, Multiplier charges a nominal amount of $5 as a processing fee to ensure seamless payouts to their global workforce.

How does Multiplier streamline payments for customers:

  1. Immediate and automated generation of invoices on the dashboard

  2. Faster reconciliation of payments resulting in faster payment confirmation

  3. Real-time status tracking of invoices from the ‘Invoice payments’ module

How to make payments on the platform

Today, making payments via the platform is quick and simple. You can log in to Multiplier, navigate to ‘Invoice payments’, select the relevant invoices, and proceed with the payment. Refer to this document for a step-by-step guide on how to initiate payments on Multiplier.

Note: The processing fee will be charged in your respective billing currency.
