Corporate eGIRO is supported by DBS Bank, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Bank of China, UOB (United Overseas Bank), MariBank.
Q. Who can setup eGIRO on the Multiplier Platform and who needs to approve this?
Business/Transaction Maker should be able to setup and initiated DDA request for approval. This needs to be then approved by Business Checker/Approver/Authoriser as per your bank account records.
Q. Why did my eGIRO Direct Debit setup fail?
There could be a few reasons why your eGIRO Direct Debit setup has failed:
The request has expired as it was not approved within 48 hours
The request was not placed correctly in the first place and you should contact your respective bank about this

Q. How much time does it take to enable eGIRO Direct Debit for payments?
To enable eGIRO Direct Debit for your business, there are two steps:
eGIRO Direct Debit Setup request: The setup can be done from your ‘Settings’ option by following a few simple steps.
eGIRO Direct Debit Setup approval: This request must be approved by checker/approver/authorised user in your bank account within 48 hrs. Once approved, the account is ready for payments. For a detailed step-by-step setup guide, please refer to this help article.
Q. How long does it take for the invoices to be marked as paid once I have initiated the payment?
Once the direct debit setup is complete, you must initiate direct debit payments from the ‘Invoice Payments’ module on the platform.
We use FAST APIs so the settlement is instantaneous.
Q. What should I do when the payment fails after initiating the payment via eGIRO Direct Debit?
If the payment fails, contact your CSM or drop us an email at support@usemultiplier.com.
Q. Why can’t I see eGIRO Direct Debit as a payment method?
eGIRO Direct Debit only supports if your company country is Singapore & your billing currency is SG. But if you don't see your bank, please reach out to support@usemultiplier.com.
