# Download Headcount report on Multiplier

Export a comprehensive list of all your employees, allowing you to analyze organization size and workforce trends.

1. Log in to [Multiplier](http://app.usemultiplier.com) using your credentials.
2. From the left sidebar, select Reports.

3. Select **Headcount report**.
4. In the Headcount report dialog box that opens, use the drop down under Filter by, to select the required filter. You get the following options:

* Date of joining
* Department
* Designation
* Employment type
* Employment status
* Legal entity
* Nationality

5. After selecting the filter type, select the required option from the options given under Equals.&#x20;

6. Select **Download report**.&#x20;
