Verification Channels

We offer two primary methods of verification. All requests are handled by live support agents to ensure accuracy and real-time assistance.

1. Email Verification (Standard)

Best for standard documentation and non-urgent records.

  • Required Information: To ensure a fast turnaround, please include:

    • Employee’s full name

    • Company name

    • Nature of the verification request

    • Verifier contact details

  • Outcome: Requests are typically resolved within 2 hours.

2. Phone Verification (Urgent)

Best for real-time verification or urgent financial/credit checks.

  • How to start: Email [email protected] with your request. If phone verification is required, we will provide you with a dedicated verification number. You can use the provided number to connect to a live agent.

  • Outcome: Verification is completed during the call.

Scope of Services

Our support team is authorized to verify various institutional needs, including:

Language & Communication

  • English Only: Currently, all employment verification services (both phone and email) are provided exclusively in English.

  • Preparation: Verifiers and employees should ensure they can communicate effectively in English before initiating a phone verification.
