Compensation structure
Compensation Structure is a comprehensive breakdown of an employee’s salary components and related pay elements. Suppose your company has entities in multiple regions, and you wish to view the compensation structure of any one or all of the entities. The Multiplier platform helps you do so. Here’s what you can view in the compensation structure.
Gross Salary: Displays key pay components included in an employee’s gross salary, such as Basic, HRA (House Rent Allowance), LTA (Leave Travel Allowance), and Special Allowance. For each, you can see the attributes- if the component is pro-rated, its amount type (fixed), and if it is taxable.
Contract Allowance: Lists various allowances related to the employee’s contract, such as Internet Allowance, Mobile and Phone Allowance, and Other Allowance. Details include whether each is pro-rated, fixed, and taxable.
Pay Supplements: Shows additional pay components that supplement base pay, like Sales Commission, Bonus, and Other Pay Supplement. Each entry indicates if it is pro-rated, its amount type, and taxability.
Deductions: Outlines deductions that may be applied, including Salary Advance Deduction, Asset Deduction, Overpayment Deduction, and Insurance Deduction. The table notes whether each deduction is pro-rated, its amount type, and whether it’s taxable.
