Edit employer contributions while onboarding an employee
While onboarding an EOR employee, you can edit the employer contributions in accordance with the rules and regulations of the employee's country. As of now, editing employer and employee contributions is supported only for these countries. Learn how to edit employee contributions:
During onboarding, in the compensation screen, under Contributions, select
next to the contribution you want to edit. Here, we have taken the example of editing the Pension.
Note: You can only edit the Employer’s contribution. An employee’s contribution can be edited by the employee when they sign up on Multiplier.

The dialog box that appears displays the method for calculating the pension share, which, in this instance, is set as a percentage of qualifying earnings.

In the Employer’s pension field, enter the percentage share that you want to contribute. Then, select Update Contribution.

Once done, you can continue with the onboarding process.
