Create and assign managers for your team on Multiplier

  1. Log in to Multiplier using your credentials.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Settings > Company Settings.

  1. Select Assign Managers. In this section, you can manage approvers for expenses, time off, and timesheets.

  1. To add a new approver, select Approvers > Add an Approver.

  1. Select Add an Approver.

  1. Enter the Full Name and Email Address of the approver.

  1. You can now assign the approver to the team members. Under the Team privileges section, select the required tab from the options given. You get three options:

  • Expenses

  • Time Off Requests

  • Timesheets

  1. Select Add team members.

  2. From the dialog box, select the employees you want to assign to the manager. Select Assign to confirm.

  1. Once you are done adding employees. Select Create Approver.

  2. In the dialog box that appears, select Continue.

What happens after setup

Once an approver is assigned:

  • An invitation email is automatically sent to them to register on the platform (if not already registered)

  • Approvers receive notifications whenever an employee submits an expense, time off request, or timesheet

They can review and approve submissions directly from their dashboard.
