Complete pending onboarding of COR contractors

There might be cases where you paused the onboarding process at various stages just before sending the contracts for signature to the COR Contractors. Multiplier offers you the functionality to resume onboarding from where you left off. You can also share contracts in bulk. Learn how to send contracts in bulk on Multiplier:

  1. Log in to Multiplier using your credentials.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Team.

  3. In the Team overview screen, select the Onboarding tab. Use the filter next to the search bar to select COR-contractor.

  1. In the onboarding tab, you can view various groupings in which the contracts of your contractors rest. You get three options, select the one you require to proceed further:

You can complete the pending onboarding process of COR Contractors. Once you select this drop-down, you see a list of COR contractors whose onboarding is pending. The section also displays the number of steps completed in the onboarding process. Select the contractor to resume the onboarding process.

In this grouping, you see the list of contractors to whom the contracts are yet to be sent for signature. Using this grouping, you can send all the contracts at once. Once you select this drop-down, a list of COR-contractors appears.

  1. After selecting the drop-down, click Select Contract.

  2. In the Review and send contracts screen, you see the list of all the COR Contractors to whom the contracts are to be sent. You can select all the contractors or select only those to whom you want to send the contract for signature.

  1. Select Send Contracts. In the confirmation dialog box, select Yes, Proceed.

The contracts have been sent to the contractor for signing.

This section lists COR contractors with delayed onboarding. To continue the process for a specific contractor, use the dropdown menu to select their name and resume onboarding.
