The Bulk Send Contracts feature lets you generate, review, and send contracts to multiple contractors at once, rather than doing so individually. This helps you onboard large groups quickly and with fewer manual steps.

This feature is useful for customers who want to onboard Direct contractors / Contractors of Record (COR) in bulk.

Bulk actions are available for the following onboarding flows:

  • Direct contractors onboarded using Multiplier contract template

  • Direct contractors onboarded using your company’s contract template

  • Contractors of Record (COR)

Each of these has its own defined flow and supported bulk actions.

After uploading the filled template:

  • The system validates your data.

  • If errors exist, you can download an error report, fix the data, and re-upload.

  • If successful, the uploaded records appear in the Imported tab.

No. Until you select Add to team on the portal while uploading, the data remains in a draft state and is not saved.

If you drop off after clicking Add to team:

  • Your data is already saved.

  • You can proceed with the next steps from the Team section.

chevron-right8. Why do I need to select Add to team?hashtag

Selecting Add to team:

  • Saves your contractor data

  • Moves them into your Team list

  • Unlocks the next steps, such as contract selection and sending

chevron-right9. Why do I need to choose a contract type for Direct contractors?hashtag

For Direct contractors, you must choose whether you want to use:

  • A Multiplier template, or

  • Your own contract template

This helps us show you the next available steps.

On the Team page, under the grouping Define Contract Type, click on Select Contract. Here you can select or deselect specific contractors before choosing a template type.

You have 2 options to choose from:

  1. Use the Multiplier contract template

  2. Upload your own signed contract template

chevron-right11. Can I mix template types in one bulk action for Direct contractors?hashtag

No. Bulk actions for Direct contractors are grouped by contract template type. You must choose one template type per bulk action, either a Multiplier template or your own custom template.

However, you can deselect specific contractors before choosing a template type. This allows you to:

  • Apply one template type to a subset of contractors, and

  • Handle the remaining contractors separately with a different template type.

This gives you the flexibility to manage different contract needs within the same bulk upload.

Yes. Each row has a Review or Preview option, allowing you to review contracts individually before triggering a bulk action.

Yes. All bulk tables include checkboxes, allowing you to:

  • Select or deselect specific contractors

  • Perform bulk actions only on selected rows

chevron-right15. What happens when I click Send or Invite?hashtag

You’ll see a confirmation:

  • It warns that this step is irreversible.

  • For Multiplier templates, the signatory email is shown.

  • You can choose to review again or proceed.

chevron-right16. Can I undo sending contracts?hashtag

No. Once contracts are sent or invites are triggered, the action cannot be reversed.

chevron-right17. Is contract generation reversible?hashtag

No. Once contracts are generated, this is an irreversible step. The platform will clearly warn you before proceeding.

chevron-right18. Can I replace a contract after uploading it?hashtag

Yes, if you are uploading your own contract for direct contractors, you can upload, review, and re-upload contracts before sending invites.

chevron-right19. Will I get notified when the bulk action is complete?hashtag

Yes, you will receive an email report once the bulk action is complete. The report will include:

  • Contractors for whom the bulk action was successful

  • Contractors for whom the bulk action failed (if any), along with relevant details

chevron-right20. How are my contractors grouped on the Team page?hashtag

Contracts are grouped based on their current status and next required action, such as:

  • Define Contract Type

  • Send Contracts to Signatory

  • Contractors to be Invited

  • Review and Send Contracts

This helps you easily resume where you left off.

chevron-right21. Can I resume a bulk action if I leave midway?hashtag

Yes, you can resume a bulk action from the Team page.

Your contracts will be grouped by the step that is pending.

chevron-right22. What should I know before uploading my own contract?hashtag

You must upload the final version of your contract, signed by both the involved parties.

chevron-right23. What happens after I send contracts using a Multiplier template?hashtag

Once you complete the Send to Signatory bulk action:

  • Contracts are sent to the designated signatory for review and signing.

  • You will see a confirmation message that the bulk action has been initiated.

  • The status of each contractor will update accordingly on the Team page.

  • You will receive an email report once processing is complete, showing:

  • Contractors whose contracts were sent successfully

  • Contractors where the action failed (if any), along with details

You can continue tracking the progress of each contract directly from the Team page.

chevron-right24. What happens after I invite contractors using my own contract template?hashtag

Once you complete the Invite Contractors bulk action:

  • Each selected contractor receives an invitation email from Multiplier to sign up on our platform.

  • Contractors can review and proceed with the onboarding flow.

  • You’ll see a confirmation message that the bulk action has been triggered.

  • You will receive an email report with:

  • Successfully invited contractors

  • Any failed invitations (if any), along with details

The contractor status will update on the Team page so you can easily track individual status.

Once you complete the Send Contracts bulk action for COR:

  • Contracts are sent directly to the selected contractors.

  • Each contractor receives their contract for review and signing.

  • You’ll see a confirmation that the bulk action has started.

  • You will receive an email report summarising:

  • Successfully sent contracts

  • Any failures (if any), with details

You can monitor the signing status of each contractor from the Team page.
