We’ve introduced a simplified resignation process for EOR employees. Now, employees in select countries can submit their resignations directly through the Multiplier platform. You can view the complete list of eligible countries here.

Before submitting your resignation request on the Multiplier platform, ensure you inform your manager of your intention to resign.

Step 1: On the nav bar, go to 'employment details', scroll down to 'Resignation request' and click on 'Request resignation'

Step 2: A pop up will appear. If you have informed your manager, please click the checkbox and click on 'Start'

Scenario 1 - When desired Last Working Day (LWD) does not comply with the employment contract

Step 3: A tentative last working day (LWD) will be provided, which aligns with your employment contract. If you wish to modify it, click on 'Change your last working day' and select the desired date.

Please note - Requested LWD cannot be beyond the tentative LWD.

Step 4: Click on 'Reason for resignation' and select one of the options.

Step 5: You also have the option to add comments and upload any supporting documents. Once completed, click 'Submit request'.

Step 6: You will receive a confirmation stating that the resignation request is now submitted.

  • Since the request LWD does not comply with the contractual LWD, the employer or company admin must review the resignation request and approve it

  • Once admin approves, the employee will receive the resignation letter/document via email, which must be signed to confirm the resignation

    • This letter will contain all information related to notice period including if the employee needs to pay any notice pay amount in lieu or not

Step 7: Go to your mailbox and sign the document. Once signed, you will see the status on the platform will change from ‘Awaiting acknowledgement on Resignation request’ to ‘Offboarding confirmed!’.

Scenario 2 - When the desired Last Working Day (LWD) complies with the employment contract

Step 1 and Step 2 will be the same as Scenario 1.

Step 3: Click on 'Reason for resignation' and select one of the options.

Step 4: You also have the option to add comments and upload any supporting documents. Once completed, click 'Submit request'.

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation stating that the resignation request is now submitted.

  • The employee will receive the resignation letter/document via email, which must be signed to confirm the resignation

  • The employer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the resignation request and the completion of the signature process

Step 6: Go to your mailbox and sign the document. Once signed, you will see the status on the platform will change from “Signature pending” to “Offboarding confirmed!”.

Note: Since the requested LWD complies with the contract, no company acknowledgment is needed—just the employee's signature on the resignation letter is sufficient.

How to revoke a resignation request

Step 1: Go to 'Employment details' and click on 'Revoke resignation'.

Step 2: Once you have carefully read the implications, check the box and click 'Request cancellation.'

Note: Your request to revoke will be accepted immediately, and your employee status will be reactivated.
