# New Feature Release | 2026 January

## Introducing Bulk Contractor and COR Contractor Onboarding&#x20;

Onboard multiple contractors at once on Multiplier. While you’ve always been able to create member profiles in bulk, our new Bulk Actions feature now allows you to complete the entire contract lifecycle—from template selection to final signatures—for 50–100+ members at once.

### Key enhancements

Previously, after a bulk upload, you had to review and send each contract individually. Now, we’ve introduced specialized workflows that allow you to trigger actions across your entire Imported list with a single click.

**1. Workflows by Contract Type**

The platform now automatically groups your uploaded contractors into actionable categories on the Team Page:

* Multiplier Template (Contractors): Select the Multiplier contract, review in bulk, and use the Send to Signatory action.&#x20;
* Your Own Template (Contractors): Upload your custom, pre-approved contracts for the group and use the Invite Contractors action.
* Multiplier COR: Since COR contracts are standardized, they are automatically grouped under Review and Send Contracts for immediate processing.

**2. Add to Team & Progress Protection**

We’ve improved how data is saved to prevent loss of work:

* Draft State: Your bulk upload stays in a draft state (visible in the History tab) until you click Add to Team.
* Be in Sync: Once you select **Add to Team**, all data is saved to the backend. If you drop off at this stage, you can resume exactly where you left off by navigating to the Onboarding tab in your Team view. **3. Real-Time Status & Reporting**

* Generation Tracking: Since generating 50+ contracts can take a few minutes, we’ve added an In-Progress status to keep you informed while our system works in the background.
* Success/Failure Reports: Upon completing a bulk action, you’ll receive an email report detailing exactly which contracts were sent successfully and which (if any) require manual correction.

## Introducing Voluntary Pension & Retirement Contributions

Mulitplier has launched Voluntary Contributions, designed to give employees and employers more flexibility in managing retirement savings and pension top-ups. This update offers a self-service way to contribute extra toward long-term financial goals.

### Key Highlights

#### For Employees

* Self-Service Retirement Planning
* Opt-in Anytime: You no longer need to reach out to support to increase your savings. Whether it’s VPF in India, RRSP in Canada, or pension top-ups in the UK and Denmark, you can now manage these directly from your dashboard.
* Flexible Contribution Types: Choose to contribute a fixed monthly amount or a percentage of your salary, depending on what suits your financial plan.
* Tax Transparency: View the impact of your contributions on your take-home pay and understand the local tax benefits associated with your voluntary savings.

#### For HR Admins

* Automated Employer Matching
* Easy Configuration: Admins can now configure and manage employer-side voluntary contributions (matching) directly within the Multiplier platform.
* Budget Visibility: All voluntary contributions are now captured in your payroll cost reports, giving you a 100% accurate view of your total employment costs.

### How it Works

1. Onboarding: New employees can select their voluntary contribution levels during the digital onboarding flow.
