# Onboard EOR Employees in bulk on Multiplier

1. Log in to Multiplier using your credentials.
2. From the left sidebar, select **Hire & onboard**.&#x20;

3. In the onboarding window, select EOR Employee.&#x20;
4. Select the Employee’s work location and the employee’s nationality.

5. Select **Onboard multiple employees**.

6. Select **Continue**.&#x20;
7. You are required to download the template and enter the information needed to onboard EOR employees. 8. The template is downloaded to your local directory. Open it and enter the required information.\

9. Once you’ve entered all the information, select Upload file and upload the filled template. Then select **Continue**.&#x20;

10. Once the file has been validated, the draft has been saved. Select Continue.&#x20;

## Fix errors and reupload the template

If errors occur while uploading the employee data sheet, download the error report. Review the causes, make the necessary corrections to the sheet, and then re-upload the fixed version.

1. 2. Open the error report and check the Column titled Error description.

3. Fix the error in the original template and re-upload the fixed template.

4. Select **Continue**.&#x20;
5. The entries in the new file are validated. If there are no failures, select Continue.&#x20;
