1. What is the salary pay period?

The salary pay period is as follows:

  1. The 1st to 15th salary will be paid on the last working day of the month.

  2. 16th to 30th/31st salary will be paid on 15th of a month.

2. What is the Salary period for Semi-Monthly 1 & Semi-Monthly 2 and payment date?

Please refer to the below table.

4. When will the member get the payment for the overtime & pay supplements?

For the period worked between 16th to 30th/31st , it will be processed & paid on 15th of the following month

Example 1: 16th to 31st July 2023 overtime & pay supplements along with salary will be paid on 15th Aug 2023

Example 2: 1st to 15th Aug 2023 overtime & pay supplements along with salary will be paid on 31st Aug 2023.

5. What will be the current input cutoff to process the overtime & pay supplements for the client in the Multiplier Ops Platform?

Below are the cutoff details.

  1. For the period 1st to 15th, the input cut-off date is on 16th.

  2. For the period 16th to 30th/31st, the input cut-off date is on 01st of the following month.

6. What is the cutoff for New Joiners?

Please refer to the details below:

Semi-Monthly 1

  • A New Joiner activated on or before 01st of a month.

Semi-Monthly 2

  • A New Joiner is activated on or before the 16th of a month.

7. When will this new process be implemented?

This change of process will be implemented from 1st Jan 2024

The process period from 16th to 31st Dec 2024 will be processed on 15th Jan 2024 instead of 10th Jan 2024

The process period from 01st to 15th Jan 2024 will be processed on 31st Jan 2024 instead of 25th Jan 2024
