You can refer an HR colleague from a different geography or a peer from your network who is looking for an EOR solution—and get rewarded. You can either receive $500 USD for every qualified referral (i.e., if your referral books a demo with our team) or $2,500 USD if the referral business successfully closes a deal with Multiplier. It's a choose-your-own-reward program!
Please note that you will only be eligible for one of the two incentives—you will not receive $3,000 USD in total if the referral converts. You must choose which incentive you want to apply for at the time of the referral.
How it works:
Step 1:
Find a contact or colleague who could be interested in Multiplier’s products.
Step 2:
Fill out this form and add their contact details.
Step 3:
Wait for your lead to sign up and onboard their first employee via Multiplier. You will receive either $500 USD if your lead is qualified or $2,500 USD if the business is successfully closed, depending on the option you’ve chosen.

Can I refer anyone?
Multiplier provides Employer of Record, Agency of Record, Global Payroll, and other global workforce management products. Our ideal customers are HR leaders or those in the people management space. Please only share contacts if our products would be relevant to them.
What is a qualified and a closed lead?
Qualified lead: Any lead which books a Demo with us, and is marked Qualified by a Multiplier AE (Account Executive) is defined as a qualified lead
Closed lead: A closed lead is one that signs an MSA with Multiplier and onboard its employees on our platform.
Do I get $2,500 USD for every lead I refer?
You will only be eligible for the $2,500 USD incentive if the referral business is successfully closed after signing up with Multiplier and onboarding their first employee. If you’ve chosen the $500 USD incentive for a qualified lead, you will not be eligible for the $2,500 USD incentive later.
If I refer multiple names, can I get multiple incentives?
Short answer: Yes
Long answer: If they belong to different groups or organizations, sign separate MSAs with Multiplier, and onboard separate employees, you will be eligible for as many respective incentives as the number of leads you refer.
How will I be notified if my referral qualifies or closes?
You will receive email updates throughout the process, including when your referral qualifies for the demo and when the deal closes.
What if my referral already has a relationship with Multiplier?
Referrals who are already in discussions with Multiplier or are existing customers are not eligible for this program.
Can I refer a business from any industry?
Yes, you can refer businesses from any industry as long as they have a need for Multiplier’s Employer of Record or global payroll services.
What happens if my referral doesn't close a deal after the demo?
You will still receive the $500 USD reward if the referral qualifies by booking a demo, even if the deal doesn’t close.
