When a US employee gets onboarded on the Multiplier platform, it is important for them to complete the Gusto onboarding as well.
Gusto is a US-based company that offers HR solutions for businesses. For US employees, it is mandatory to get enrolled on Gusto for payroll processing.
Below is the process that must be followed to complete Gusto onboarding of a US-based employee:
Once employees sign the employment contract, they will receive a registration link to complete Gusto onboarding by Puzzle HR (Multiplier’s payroll partner).
To complete registration on Gusto, employees must add information such as ID proof, payment details, etc.
Once the employee has filled in all the required details, their Gusto onboarding will be complete.
