Personio Integration is now live with Multiplier.
With this integration, you can sync all your Employees' and Freelancers' data directly to Personio. Currently, this integration is supported from Multiplier to Personio. The employee and/or freelancer data will be synced with Personio as soon as the employee/freelancer is verified by Multiplier. And on the joining date, the employee/freelancer will be marked as active on Personio. Any employee/freelancer details change done by either the employee/freelancer or you on the platform be it compensation, bank account details, or personal details of the employee/freelancer will be synced with Personio.
Here is a step-by-step guide for Personio integration with Multiplier
Find Integrations here on your navigation bar towards the bottom left.
Select Personio
Click Connect for Free
Give the consent by clicking Continue
Input your Personio Client ID and Client Secret. Need help? Check this link: https://help.merge.dev/en/articles/5398772-personio-oauth
Once done, The Personio Integration with Multiplier is now ready and active.
Disconnect the integration anytime by simply clicking Disconnect from this page.
What all information is synced?
As soon as an employee is activated, an employee is created at Personio, and all the information like Employee's First Name, Employee's Last Name, Gender, and Compensation Details are synced to Personio.
Every time compensation is updated from the Multiplier platform, Personio too will be updated with this information.
Employee changes their basic details; these details sync to Personio.
If an employee is offboarded, we mark the status from active to Inactive at Personio.
