The leave reset date for employees depends on the Financial Year set by your company on the employer platform. You can contact your employer to confirm the Financial Year selected on the platform.

Note - In cases where the company does not select the month that indicates the start of the Financial Year, Multiplier will consider the Year Start Date as 1st January, meaning that employees' leaves will reset on the 1st of January.
